USCIS denying some Advance Parole applications where the foreign national traveled after filing

In the past, USCIS had approved advance parole (temporary travel) cards in instances where a foreign national traveled internationally in H-1B or L status after filing the application. In a new shift, traveling after filing the advance parole application may lead to a denial.

Clients should continue to let our office know about all travel before tickets are purchased.
