In an article for USA Today, Richard Wolf outlined the U.S. Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision regarding deportation for violence crimes. The ruling asserted that the law subjecting immigrants to deportation for crimes of violence is unconstitutionally vague which, Justice Neil Gorsuch stated “can invite the exercise of arbitrary power . . . by leaving the people in the dark about what the law demands and allowing prosecutors and courts to make it up.”
