Massiell Tercero-Parker graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in History with a concentration in Latin American, Portuguese and Brazilian Studies. Massiell spent a year abroad studying in Cordoba, Spain. Massiell was born in Managua, Nicaragua and moved to the East Coast in 1998. As a case manager, Massiell specializes in permanent resident applications for families.
