Prior to joining CBK, Josefina worked as a paralegal in employment-based immigration. Her focus was primarily on H-1B, L-1, and O-1 visa types, as well as PERM, I-140, and AOS processes. Josefina is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a major in Government and a minor in Latin American & Caribbean Studies. During her undergraduate career, she spent time in Canada, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Israel, Spain, and Germany. She is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and hopes to continue contributing to the diversity of this country. Her service work has led her to gain experience on DACA, I-130, and I-601 petitions. In 2021, she joined CBK’s Family Immigration Team.
