About Aleksandra

Aleksandra Peryeva, Esq. specializes in immigration law, focusing on family, EOIR, and employment-based immigration. In 2009 she graduated cum laude, second in her class from Boston University School of Law. Attorney Peryeva is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Hampden County Bar association. Attorney Peryeva co-authored an article titled, “Application of Dhanasar Standard in NIW Cases“.

Attorney Peryeva is an immigrant herself, which helps her deeply understand needs of her clients. Aleksandra was born in Gomel, Belarus and received her first law degree in Minsk, Belarus. She fluently speaks Russian.

Prior to joining Curran, Berger & Kludt, Aleksandra ran her own immigration law practice in West Springfield, MA, and worked as an immigration attorney at the Multicultural Resource Center of MA. She also completed a prestigious clerkship at the chambers of honorable Judge William Young at the Federal Court in Boston.

Attorney Peryeva believes in building a personal relationship with each client, and is not only a qualified professional but also a caring individual. She strives to support the immigrant community of the Springfield area and continues to provide pro bono services through local non-profit organizations.
