Attorney Berger was invited to serve as a panelist at the Federal Bar Association’s Annual Immigration Law Conference, which will be held May 18-19, 2018 in Memphis, TN at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Attorney Berger’s panel, Business Immigration Topics: Categories, Labor Certifications, Portability, Retention of Priority Dates, will take place from 4:15pm – 5:30pm on Saturday, May 19.
