Community Briefing on Immigration Laws and Policies
On Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Room 6-120, members of the MIT community can learn more about today’s immigration landscape.
MIT’s Vice President and General Counsel Mark DiVincenzo and nationally-recognized immigration attorney Dan Berger will discuss changes to laws and policies as well as MIT’s response to those changes. MIT staff who support international students and scholars will also be attending.
MIT community members can submit general immigration questions in advance by emailing postelectionfeedback@mit.edu.
The briefing is being sponsored by the Offices of the Chancellor and General Counsel and the Post-Election Working Group.
