Attorney Dan Berger Presented on Immigration and Higher Education at the Boston Bar Association on January 10, 2018

Attorney Dan Berger spoke at a Boston Bar Association event on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, to address a variety of immigration issues affecting college campuses in 2018. Along with event participants, Attorney Berger discussed the effect of the Administration’s Buy American/Hire American and Extreme Vetting Executive Orders on visa processing, the effect of DACA and/or Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recissions; an institution’s role in the visa process (F1 and J1); the sanctuary campus movement; and how to prepare for immigration officials coming to campus.
