Attorney Dan Berger will be serving on the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s FOIA Strategy Committee that will be tasked with developing new and creative FOIA strategies on issues that emerge in our various practice areas and that move AILA’s strategic goals forward in a coordinated and focused manner.
